Graham’s Grille is now entering its fifth successful year and we are working even harder to maintain our high standards and meet the needs of our guests.

This past year our actions and efforts were noticed and we were delighted and proud to have received many accolades and awards. Lesley was nominated for New Mexico’s Best Restaurateur of 2010, and received Taos County People’s Choice Award for ‘Best Chef’, ‘Best Restaurant’ and ‘Best Customer Service’. Graham’s Grille was also named People’s Favorite by Trip Advisor and received the ‘Award of Excellence’ from the prestigious Wine Spectator Magazine. Rather than resting on our laurels, this widespread recognition inspires us to work harder and strive to be better.

This year we maintain a passionate dedication to continuing a tradition started by Lesley in her Sonoma California restaurant:  to buy local and sustainable food products. Having grown up on a farm that had been in her family for three generations Lesley’s commitment to supporting local farmers is something close to her heart. With the  help of New Mexican and Colorado farmers and ranchers, we are now able to purchase local, humanely raised beef and lamb and in exchange help family operated businesses. We have always used cage free chicken raised without hormones. Our seafood is rated on the Monterey Seafood Watch and is procured through Seattle Fish, a member of Global Aquaculture Alliance and certified under the Marine Stewardship Council. Each of these partnerships strengthens our commitments to the environment, to sustainable business and the promotion and consumption of seasonal goods.

We continue to work with farmers in Taos, Cerro and Espanola enabling us to purchase the finest fresh produce for our restaurant. During the summer we grow some of our own produce and herbs. Aroma coffee out of Santa Fe supplies exceptional organic coffee beans locally roasted.

Despite the volatility of changing prices, fluctuating supply and demand, and the ebb and flow of the economy, we continually change and grow so that we can afford to provide you the finest dining experience possible. We pledge to continue our efforts to offer our guests the very best.

Graham’s Grille and Staff cordially invite you to join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week. We’ll do everything in our power to make your dining experience with us memorable and enjoyable.
