Corporate Giving

The best way to reach us regarding your non-profit organization and/or donating products and services for your special event, is to download our Donation Request Form, print it, fill it out, gather as much additional information as possible, and then mail it all to us.  This will allow us to more effectively manage the dozens of requests we receive each year and give yours the special attention it deserves.

Please fill the form out completely and attach any additional information as needed.  We choose our donation recipients once a month, at the end of the month.  If you have next year’s events planned, please submit as early as possible.  Once our budget is met, we cannot offer any more donations.
